style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">La terapia neoadyuvante es una estrategia cada vez m\u00e1s utilizada en carcinomas de mama (breast carcinomas en ingl\u00e9s, BC), especialmente en los subtipos Her2 positivos y triple negativos (TNBC) consiguiendo una tasa de respuestas completas patol\u00f3gicas alrededor del 30-50% de los casos seg\u00fan diferentes estudios Esto ha supuesto un gran avance en el pron\u00f3stico de esta enfermedad al asociarse a una mayor supervivencia en estos subtipos. Sin embargo, un porcentaje de pacientes no responden bien a la neoadyuvancia, quedando por aclarar en gran medida los mecanismos subyacentes a la resistencia a este tipo de terapia. Entre ellos se empiezan a conocer ciertas alteraciones gen\u00e9ticas y fenot\u00edpicas todav\u00eda escasamente definidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#000000\">En este proyecto analizamos una serie de pacientes con carcinomas mamarios infiltrantes primarios que incluir\u00e1 casos retrospectivos y prospectivos de fenotipos Her2 +, triples negativos y luminales B tratados con quimioterapia neoadyuvante y que constar\u00e1 de respondedores buenos (respuesta patol\u00f3gica completa, o RPC) y malos, en los que se analizar\u00e1 la existencia de alteraciones en varios procesos y v\u00edas por medio de un panel amplio de genes con una plataforma multig\u00e9nica (nCounter, Nanostring). Esta caracterizaci\u00f3n transcripcional se realizar\u00e1 en muestras de biopsia pre-tratamiento y, en los casos sin RPC, en tumores residuales. Algunos casos tendr\u00e1n met\u00e1stasis a distancia pareadas, lo que permitir\u00e1 una tipificaci\u00f3n a lo largo de varias fases de la progresi\u00f3n tumoral. Se analizar\u00e1 el tipo de respuesta inflamatoria pre- y post tratamiento as\u00ed como la expresi\u00f3n del marcador PDL1 en c\u00e9lulas tumorales e inflamatorias. Los hallazgos moleculares se validar\u00e1n en modelos in vitro e in vivo sobre l\u00edneas celulares de c\u00e1ncer de mama na\u00efve y resistentes a la terapia. Se estudiar\u00e1 el uso de la microespectroscop\u00eda Raman para el tipaje de muestras de mama y su uso en entorno cl\u00ednico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
